Gracelight community health centers are federally qualified health centers. This means insurance status and family income do not impact the care patients receive. These centers are staffed with highly trained medical professionals and fees for care are based on what patients can afford. The organization is controlled by a board of directors with a patient majority.
Gracelight is a patient-centered medical home. The patient experience is is north star in coordinating primary care. Gracelight's focus is on improved quality, better relationships between providers and patients, and putting patient needs front and center—all while reducing costs.
